HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

We utilize UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping. Depending on your location relative to Texas, your gift should arrive within 2-5 days once shipped. Timely delivery is a priority for us. However, please note that once we hand over your order to the carrier, any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them. 

WILL I RECIEVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Absolutely! Please contact us, and we will assist in coordinating the shipping of your gifts to multiple locations.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Shipping details will be discussed during the planning phase, taking into account the gift type, any branding requirements you may have, and the size of your project. 

Local delivery services are available for special events throughout the greater Austin area to venues, hotels, conference centers, and businesses. Delivery fees are based on distance, with estimates available upon request (subject to minimum order requirements). When arranging delivery, please provide recipient details and designate an authorized signatory for the delivery slip. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for items once delivery is completed.
